Serunding Kelapa

Bahan-Bahan: A 1 biji kelapa parut Garam secukup rasa 1 keping asam keping  B – blend them all 1 batang serai, hiris halus 5 ulas bawang putih 5 biji bawang merah 1/2 inci lengkuas 4 biji cili merah 6 biji cili kering 1 sudu besar ketumbar 1/2 sudu teh jintan halus 1/2 sudu teh jintan kasar 3 sudu besar udang kering, rendam then tos kan 1 sudu besar gula pasir How To: Tumis bahan-bahan B   sehingga naik bau, Kemudian masukkan kelapa parut, gaul rata. Tambah Garam & m asukkan keping asam keping  Kecilkan api dan kacau sehingga serunding berderai but not dry. Angkat and leave it cool down. All the best~!

Pulut

Bahan bahan: Beras pulut Secubit garam 2 helai daun pandan 1 sb minyak masak   Cara-cara: Rendam pulut dalam 1/2 jam or more before kukus. Tos then gaulkan dgn garam mausk kan daun pandan. Kukus selama20 minit. Angkat dan renjis renjiskan air sedikit demi sedikit ke atas pulut sehingga pulut nampak kebasahan dan lembut. Tuang pula minyak masak dan gaul rata. Kemudian kukus lagi selama 20 minit. Kalau pulut masih nampak keras, renjiskan sedikit air. Angkat dan sedia dihidangkan.

Belgian Waffles

Ingredients:- 2 cups of all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 cups milk 3 eggs, separated 2 teaspoons vanilla pinch of salt fruit of your choice whipped cream Butter For Baking Preparation:- 1) Combine flour, baking powder, brown sugar, oil, milk and egg yolks. 2)Beat egg whites until they stand in soft peaks and add up to previous ingredient. 3) Bake Waffles and Top with the fruit and whipped cream and serve hot.
