Yee Mee Soup.




What you'll need?

2 - 3 tablespoon of cooking oil
1 cake of Yee Mee
1 piece of fish cake
6 pieces of fish ball
Some Bok Choy / Chinese Cabbage or any green leaf of your liking.

2 cloves of garlic - minced
1 teaspoon of anchovies powder / 1 cup of anchovies stock
2 cups of water / 1 cup of water if you're using the anchovies stock.

salt to taste
some bird eyes chili - depending on your tolerance level towards savoury food.

What you need to do?

Turn on the stove and heat the cooking oil to sauté the minced garlic.
Thrown in the fish cake & fish ball, stir well.
Add the anchovies powder and water.
On high heat bring them to boil you probably need 6 minutes or so.

Add your Yee Mee, cook until it soften, then you can put in your green vege, salt and some chill.

Give it another minute before you turn off the heat.
